Innovative 10-week campaign will celebrate Master Stove Maker’s brilliant baking abilities and British manufacturing heritage
Master Stove Maker ESSE has launched an innovative social media campaign designed to celebrate the outstanding baking ability of its British-made range cookers.
Launched to coincide with the start of another 10-week season of Channel 4’s blockbuster baking show, ESSE’s ‘Battle of the Bakers’ campaign will run across Facebook and Instagram.
Specially commissioned recipes, baking tips and videos from leading chefs will be shared across both platforms with participants invited to swap their favourite bakes to win an ESSE baking hamper each week.
All the social media activity will link back to the Battle of the Bakers pages on the ESSE website where recipes, videos and baking tips will be uploaded – along with some of the most mouth-watering cookery images shared on social media.
ESSE’s range cookers are hand-built by highly skilled metal-workers and engineers at its factory in Lancashire and the campaign celebrates the company’s proud 165 history of manufacturing in Britain.
ESSE’s comprehensive range of electric and wood range cookers offer unmatched baking ability thanks to their even, controllable heat. Deep ovens are deliberately designed to retain heat and ESSE’s patented surround heat technology maintains perfect conditions for baking the lightest of sponges and most delicate meringues.
“The Great British Bake-off is an iconic show which celebrates the best of British baking,” said ESSE marketing manager Alix Eltringham. “At ESSE, we share the Bake-off audience’s passion for baking with family and friends and sharing the fruits of our endeavours – both in the kitchen and online.”
“We hope our Battle of the Bakers social media campaign increases engagement with another icon: the Great British Baking Oven.”
