Master British stove maker ESSE will be exhibiting once again at this year’s Ideal Home Show, held at Earl’s Court, London, from March 16th to April 1st 2012.
ESSE will be demonstrating the benefits of the beautifully-balanced electric EC4i range cooker, which has four, large, independently-controlled ovens and an energy-efficient five zone induction hob.
The EC4i includes everything a modern chef needs, including: slam-shut doors, self-clean ovens, a full-size grill and an ‘A’ rating.
The beauty of the EC4i is that, unlike other range cookers, it does not have to remain constantly on as it heats up so quickly from cold – giving you all the benefits of the best modern cookers, combined with the iconic style of a traditional cast iron range cooker. It even makes use of ‘warm touch’ technology to give the welcoming feeling of warmth associated with an ‘always on’ heat store cooker.
With a generous combined cooking capacity of 124ltrs, the four ovens offer precise independent control, so you don’t have to compromise the way you cook. A stunning focal point – the EC4i has no flue to consider, so there is more freedom of where to place it within any kitchen.
Alongside the EC4i, ESSE is proud to be exhibiting the single-oven ‘Plus1’. This versatile wood-fired cooker can work as a companion module to a larger ESSE cooker, but it is equally at home as a stand alone appliance. It offers the look and feel of a traditional range cooker, without the width. The ESSE Plus1 has an oven and hotplate and is available with a boiler for domestic hot water. The centre of the hotplate can even be lifted out in order to cook directly over the firebox – perfect for wok recipes!
Visitors to the ESSE stand will also be able to view a range of the company’s famous stoves, from ultra-modern remote control gas stoves, to beautifully rustic woodburners.
