15th April 2016 - 16th April 2016 ——
Quintessential British magazine Country Life has partnered with specialist lifestyle IP and content agency Essential Lifestyle Media to launch an exclusive pop-up dining event in London.
The concept, called Country Life Kitchen will feature a four-course menu prepared by former River Cottage head chef Tim Maddams, and take place at Pitfield London on April 15 and 16 2016. Owned by interior designer Shaun Clarkson, Pitfield is an eclectic emporium of contemporary homewares and vintage curiosities.
Chef Tim Maddams has created a menu that reflects his passion for seasonal, local and wild ingredients.
During the evening, Maddams will cook one of the dishes from the menu in front of guests on an ESSE EL 13Amp in Pastel Green.
Tickets are priced at £55 for four courses including a welcome gin & tonic, half bottle of wine and mineral water. Tickets are available to purchase at countrylife.eventbrite.co.uk.
April’s Country Life Kitchen is sponsored by Esse Range Cookers & Stoves and supported by Yealands Family Wines, Beckett’s Gin, BTW Tonic, Blenheim Palace Water and Royal Doulton. Essential Lifestyle Media will be managing the event for Country Life, as well as producing video content for Esse, which forms part of the event marketing campaign.
