We are looking for an organised individual to join our Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate would be at ease with dealing with and communicating with Customers via the phone and web based. They would have a confident and friendly phone manner with outstanding customer service, be an experienced PC user and enjoy helping and talking to people both within the Company and our Customers. Being organised and being a good time keeper is essential for this role. You must be proficient in general office admin, focused on delivering outstanding customer care and support in a proactive manner, particularly over the phone and via emails.
Primarily you will be responsible for handling queries regarding warranty claims, arranging and scheduling engineers, reporting and analysing trends and more.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Monday to Friday.
