The expansive hob surface is uncluttered and easy to clean, with two controllable 350°C cast hotplates and an instant induction hob with simple controls. The easy-to-use analogue control dials are neatly housed behind the upper left door of the 1000 cooker, which features the iconic ESSE script – subtly representing 170 years of British stove-building heritage.
