Award-winning North West Chef Breda Murphy used an ESSE EC4i for a wonderful evening of cookery demonstrations in aid of Whalley’s RC English Martyrs Church restoration appeal.
The event – held at Oakhill College, Whalley – attracted parish members, Oakhill parents and general food lovers of all ages, to watch one of the region’s top chefs, Breda Murphy, and her team prepare food with the theme of ‘Easy Entertaining’.
The evening was a great success and raised more than £3000 through ticket sales and a raffle.
Breda said “It was a pleasure to be able to help the church by doing something I love. It was also rewarding that it brought so many people of varied ages and backgrounds together to learn about preparing good food”.
