Our latest exciting project is well underway with Gill providing seasonal recipe ideas exclusively for the ESSE website, cooked on an ESSE Ironheart in the beautiful surroundings of his recently-restored Dorset Summer House.
Gill’s seasonal recipes are based on Great British ingredients which – more often than not – can be foraged from the local area.
