Here at ESSE, we love to celebrate our county’s heritage, local ingredients and Great British cooking. This is something we have in common with former River Cottage Head Chef Tim Maddams who has teamed up with the magazine to promote his pop-up dining event in London.
Tim’s menu reflects his passion for seasonal, local and wild ingredients.
During the evening, he will cook one of the dishes from the four-course menu in front of guests on a British-built ESSE EL 13Amp in Pastel Green. Find out more about the event here.
