Contact your ESSE dealer or local engineer to arrange for your cooker to be serviced. Service intervals vary according to model. Turn the cooker off the night before the service to allow time for the cooker to cool down. Hot cookers cannot be serviced.

Electric cookers
Electric cookers do not require regular servicing and are robustly designed to provide long and trouble free operation, however, like any cooking appliance you may at some point need replacement parts or repairs to accidental damage.
